Director Management Engineering North Texas Division HCA, the nation¡¯s largest for-profit healthcare provider, has an immediate opening for a Director of Management Engineering in the North Texas Division. Based in Dallas, this Division consists of nine hospitals and associated ASCs and Imaging centers. As a member of the Division¡¯s Senior Management Team, the Director identifies process and productivity improvement opportunities and works with Division, hospital senior executive teams, and department managers to achieve improved results. The Director also participates on company-wide improvement initiatives. Minimum requirements include a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and at least seven years of management engineering leadership responsibility, preferably in a multi-hospital system.
