Job Description: As the Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for a variety of reporting responsibilities. One prominent role will be to review and understand variances in PTC sales orders to determine and validate commission payouts to our Direct Sales force. In this role, you will work closely with both Sales Ops and Sales Commissions to ensure timely and accurate commission data. The other primary responsibility will be to help in Sales Maintenance quarterly operational metric reporting. In these roles you will run data queries, do analysis and report findings to both the Sales Maintenance management team and to the Commissions group.
Primary responsibilities:
• Comprehensive and accurate report preparation is necessary in order to effectively communicate to all audiences
• Understanding of internal operational policies and procedures
• Documentation and maintenance of calculations and analyzes.
• Obtaining management approval for commission payouts and communicating approved commission payments to commissions.
• Communicating directly with concerned parties to resolve questions and disputes.
• Special projects as assigned
Job Requirements
• Bachelor degree in business or related field
• Good analytic skills and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and organize work to meet deadlines
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a must
