Title: Business/Information Systems (IS) Analyst

Position Summary
Individual responsible for project management for small and large IT projects. Will work with implementation team for new and existing client programs, initiatives, system enhancements or data requests and analysis. Develop and manage project documents including: requirements documentation, project plan, issue management log, change control documentation, status reports, meeting minutes, budget, resource plans and completion report. Must understand new program business requirements and determine IT solutions, assuring IT deliverable/timelines are met. Will define data feed and importing progress, error notification and resolution, metrics and quarterly reporting, necessary modifications to the database system, and Internet websites/portals. Will serve a liaison between TheraCom program operations and TheraCom IT departments to assure objectives/expectations are met and scope is within TheraCom IT capabilities. Ensure validation of all program applications and data requests.
Qualifications
Demonstrates superior interpersonal, communication, customer relations, technical (systems development) and management skills. Ability and initiative to work independently. Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks on a daily basis. Demonstrated effective problem-solving ability. Ability to perform data analysis and maintain strong written and presentation skills. Knowledge of database systems development, Microsoft Word, and Excel. Demonstrates punctual, professional and responsible demeanor at all times. Works with other department heads to resolve issues. Performs all other duties as assigned. Work is neat, orderly, timely and accurate.
Education
Four-year degree from accredited institution or direct experience gained while employed with the company or other entities. BS in computer science/MIS desired. Demonstrates superior interpersonal, communication, customer relations and management skills.
Experience
2-5 yrs related experience in health care operations and or systems development, as well as experience working with a variety of audiences: IT developers and technical staff, pharmaceutical manufacturer clients, program managers, and specialty pharmacy IT staff - direct experience gained while employed with the company preferred.
