Senior Quantitative Research Analyst

The Captial Markets Quantitative Analyst Consultant will conduct analytics for clients in the Capital Markets space (mainly focused on investors and asset managers of consumer asset backed securities) matching up the value proposition of what consumer information and analytics offers to the quantitative and qualitative analysis being done by these organizations for pricing and valuing assets and securities, managing pools of loans, and analyzing portfolios to purchase or sell.
Qualifications
* Strong problem solving and communication skills.
* A proven track record for leading project teams, managing complex analytical projects, and setting pricing and valuation strategies for asset backed securities
* Advanced degree preferred.
* Deep knowledge of analytical techniques and models developed for pricing and valuing asset backed securities
* 7+ years of business experience, preferably with investment banks, asset management firms, hedge funds, or analytical firms supporting investors
* Strong experience in demonstrating consulting capabilities and the skills to consult with senior executives across diverse businesses
* Excellent communication, leadership, interpersonal, and client facing skills.
* The ability to present to all levels of management within Experian and to our clients.
* This individual must be highly organized and able to handle multiple projects at the same time. Strong project management and time management skills are essential
* A “can do” attitude. . .the ability to undertake and lead significant projects with an impatience for results
* A strong customer-focused orientation with attention to quality deliverables, meeting timelines, exceeding client expectations, ensuring positive client experience, and delivering solutions and recommendations that significantly improve and positively impact our clients’ businesses
* A willingness to travel.
