This position is located in Office of Water, Office of Science & Technology, Engineering & Analysis Division, Technology & Statistics Branch located in Washington, D.C. The incumbent will support large data collection projects and data analyses with critical bearing on agency policies and national standard setting to improve the nation's waters. Working with multi-disciplinary teams,the incumbent will be responsible for the statistical support ranging from analyzing chemical analytical and engineering measurements; developing sample designs for data collections; communicating statistical results; researching and documenting statistical methodologies; and monitoring
technical work from statistical contractors.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- May be required to travel 1 to 5 days per month.
- If selected, must complete an OF-306, Declaration for Federal Employment.
