Taleo's continued growth has resulted in an exciting NEW opportunity on our Taleo Finance team. As a Revenue Analyst, you will play a pivotal role and need to demonstrate a wide variety of analytical and communications skills in a fast-paced software start-up environment. We anticipate rapid growth for the company, and the finance team as well. This a great chance to make a difference early, and get more responsibility quickly as you help to build our business around groundbreaking products that are changing the way people build reliable, scalable enterprise software applications.
The following responsibilities will be assigned to this position:
1. Track all customers' orders and process data related to delivery requirements
2. Responsible for communicating activation notices to customers
3. Interact with sales team and production/services on activation issues
4. Verifying and updating revenue schedule in contracts application
5. Work on various revenue reports
6. Assist in monthly analysis of fixed fee services
7. Participate in monthly account reconciliation
8. Assist in monthly/quarterly close process
9. Assist with quarterly/annual audit schedules
10. Provide assistance with various projects as needed
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
* 2-4 years of accounting experience
* Knowledge of software revenue recognition is preferred
* Experience in Excel, ERP and other supporting systems
* Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
* Fast learner, Proactive, and detail-oriented
* Ability to work well in fast-paced environment
