Position: Sr. Mgr./Associate Director, Market Access/Market Research - Pharma
Salary: $105K - $145K + Annual bonus + Incentives
Location: NJ/NYC Area
Relocation: Yes, full package, as needed
Responsibilities:
*Work closely with Access Strategy Teams, Brand Payer Marketing, Brand Market Research and cross-functional matrix teams to coordinate consistent applications of market research and analytics centrally and across brands.
*Assist in the development/implementation of best practices relating to US access analytics and reporting.
Become source of expertise on the US access environment, requiring strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively across matrix teams in order to establish solid working relationships.
*Projects divided among prioritized key issues within Access Strategy, necessitating coordination across teams from project initiation to the communication of key findings and recommendations.
*Key responsibilities include 1) responding to ad hoc, payer and access related questions with expert analysis, 2) disseminating insights regarding the US managed market environment, 3) developing, deploying and leveraging standard reports and tools to expand use and application of access data, 4) incorporation of transparent and granular metrics assessing access and quality of access into specific brand scorecards, planning, etc.
*Qualifications:
*Bachelor's degree is required. 3 - 5 years of experience, with at least 3 in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
*Masters degree in business or a quantitative field strongly preferred
*Prior experience, familiarity, and knowledge of market access / U.S. managed markets strongly preferred.
*Market research - primary and secondary research important.
Previous analytical experience with understanding of the managed markets supply chain and environment.
*Demonstrated ability to use secondary sub-national industry data to translate business issues into insights is required.
