Statistical Modeling Week 2008 (SMW). SMW 2008 will be held in Boston on October 20-23, consists of three applications-oriented workshops on the state-of-the-art in statistical modeling. Balancing theory and practice, the courses give you an unparalleled understanding from the basics (course 1) to the latest advances (courses 2 & 3) in statistical modeling. Taught by our experts, all of our seminars use data examples analyzed with both SPSS programs and the new LG-Syntax module in Latent GOLD 4.5 to illustrate these recent advances. The workshops provide a unique opportunity to learn new applications and improve existing ones. The three workshops include: October 20. Introduction to Statistical Modeling Applications (Tony Babinec and Nicole Huyghe) October 21-22. Latent Class and Finite Mixture Modeling (Jay Magidson and Tony Babinec) October 23. Latent Class Choice and Hybrid / Data Fusion Models (Tom Eagle and Jay Magidson) FOR COMPLETE CONFERENCE INFORMATION including course descriptions, registration and hotel information please see the SMW 2008 website at: www.statisticalinnovations.com/workshops/workshops.htmlContact: Will Barker Director of Sales & Marketing Statistical Innovations Inc. 375 Concord Ave., Suite 007 Belmont, MA 02478 (617) 489-4490 will@statisticalinnovations.com
