Division Director of Management Engineering, southwest deals with 8 hospitals of for profit hospital management company.
Requires 7 years hospital management engineering experience with 1-3 years in management.
The Director of Management Engineering develops and implements the strategic plan for staffing the Division, sets specific productivity goals to be accomplished, and directs the activities of the Division aimed toward meeting those strategic goals. Requires PC skills, Powerpoint and Harvard Graphics knowledge.
Advanced PC skills – demonstrated knowledge and or proficiency in financial reporting systems specifically Clear Access, FIS, Vista , etc.
Must have experience and knowledge of re-engineering and redesign; needs TQM and CQI knowledge in addition and role goes beyond labor management to address resource consumption, supply management,, business consolidations and IS utilization.
Degree in IE or equivalent and Masters preferred. Salary in $130k range with good benefits, relocation and 15% bonus.
