We have an exciting opportunity for a Pay Per Click (PPC) Analyst to join our team in Belleville, IL near St. Louis, MO. *Perform keyword research on sites with large ad budgets using Google keyword tool and internal research processes.
*Write effective, compelling ad copy free of spelling and grammatical errors.
*Perform advanced account setup within Google and Yahoo search marketing interfaces.
*Analyze click data for quality and meeting click guarantee.
*Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
*Utilize web analytics to analyze and optimize campaigns.
*Work directly with customers to establish expectations, answer questions, and address concerns.
*Recommend additional products and services to help customers become more successful online.
*Meet quarterly cross-sell goals.
*Help to identify weakness in product and/or process and provides suggestions for improvement.
*Participate in the PPC phone queue.
*Effectively manage multiple client accounts on an ongoing basis including keyword research, writing ad copy, account set-up in search engines and monitoring.
*Utilize company systems to log activity and manage client relationships.
*Send weekly reports to supervisor that includes work done, customer issues, sales issues, and ideas to enhance current processes.
*Attend team, department and company-wide meetings.
*Escalate issues through the proper channels.
*Ensure compliance to Company and client standards.
*Stay current in PPC techniques.
*May participate in other duties as assigned.
Experience:
Education: Associate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Mathematics or 2 years customer service experience.
Preferred Experience: 1-2 years experience in managing customer accounts in a service industry preferably in online marketing.
Knowledge: Knowledge of online marketing and web analytics. Knowledge of organic and paid search results on the major search engines.
Analytical / Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written to communicate with clients in a consultative manner; Cooperative team player with the ability to work independently; Effective organizational and project management skills; Excellent interpersonal skills demonstrating ability to work closely with clients and succeed in a team environment.
