SENIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPLY CHAIN ANALYST

Kellogg Company has an exciting opportunity for a Sr Customer Service Supply Chain Analyst in our Customer Logistic Services department. Some of the job responsibilities for this role include: Maintains and manages personalized customer service strategies in a market area with the highest demand for Kellogg services. Single point of contact (SPOC) for assigned list of customers and works diligently to balance service and cost for the entire supply chain while meeting or exceeding customer targets. Supply chain advocate for Field Sales Partners, Transportation, Product Availability, and all Corporate departments to ensure customers, order management needs are met from the point of order placement through order receipt. Incumbent must possess the ability to perform project work, develop and share best practices, and provide training. Incumbent is required to provide leadership within team and department. This position requires the ability to organize and follow through on all order management activities to successful completion utilizing analytical skills and independent and problem solving techniques related to Kellogg and Customer Supply Chain.

Position Requirements Minimum:
- High School Diploma AND at least 8 years of experience in Sales, Logistics, Distribution or Customer Service required.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work in a fast paced, multi-task environment required.
- Must be able to handle flexible work schedule as well as travel on company business. Weekends and holidays may be required.
- Must be well versed in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred:
- Bachelors degree AND at least 5 years of experience in Sales, Logistics, Distribution or Customer Service preferred.
- Experience in Kellogg systems including SAP preferred.
- Kellogg experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication & analytical skills preferred
